Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp as our main CRM, Project Management Database, and Goal Setting Space. Before ClickUp, we used Google Workspace which was really messy and disjointed, we were also using a number of different CRM Databases, and it was difficult to navigate who was responsible for what, and where things we stored.
With ClickUp, this has all been resolved. As a company, we are so much more productive, we save time from pointless meetings, we have reduced the number of internal emails to nearly 0, and we have OKRs the teams and organisation is aligned to!

We love the whiteboard feature. It's like being in a team meeting and having an actual whiteboard in front of you! You can draft up processes, review timelines, look at your Value Added Productions Systems.

Automations mean we no longer need to complete repetitive tasks. We have an automation set up so when a customer submits a bug to us, they get an automated email from ClickUp, then as we move it through the support pipeline, they get emails on progress. Everyone in the team from the Account Exec to the Web Team can look at the ticket and see where we are with work. Everyone is kept in the loop with the notifications feature.
It's on a different level, the principle might be the same, however, ClickUp has so many more features and is constantly looking at new ways to improve their offering.
