Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
All of our business workload and most of our communications flow through ClickUp. Every one of our departments manage all their information and processes on ClickUp. Everyone has visibility over everything which has fostered an environment of accountability. We use ClickUp for all company To-Do’s and an Issue’s list. Everyone is encouraged to add to these lists, and we discuss them weekly at our meetings. It’s allowed a safe platform for everyone to participate and have a voice without it being perceived as complaining or making things personal. ClickUp has literally taken everything we do for our company to the next level. It has changed everything for us.

Our processes have been simplified extraordinarily. by utilizing automations, email integration, due dates, calendar, integrations, and other features, we have been able to organize and prioritize our work flowS. We previously were all using our own methods to keep track of our own work. Now we have everything in one place. Our company literally runs on ClickUp.
ClickUp is so expansive, it can do almost everything! It can be customized for each function as well as for each person. If someone works better seeing things in a board view, they can set that up for themselves. If someone else works better seeing the information in a list, it can happen. ClickUp is constantly rolling out new features as well.
