Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp in our company to organize our daily activities and projects; we are really enjoying its easy-to-use functionalities. Our team uses Scrum to implement agile projects, and ClickUp has all that is needed about the framework. We also use it to organize our process documentation, daily operational tasks, and action plan lists.

With ClickUp, teams collaborate more easily. Document sharing is a good way of putting all team members to work together, building procedures and processes with a common point of view.
At this moment, we have just one workflow in ClickUp. This workflow helps us to create recurrent tasks that are needed to complete our monthly accounting closure procedure. This workflow gives us the ability to follow all the same steps for each closing month, avoiding errors and establishing an execution order for the tasks.

ClickUp can work very well for both daily operational activities and project management. Organizing team tasks and to-do lists with it is really simple. You can attribute tasks to one or more collaborators of the team, send messages and create documentation in a simple manner. Project management is also a key point of the tool, with a lot of resources for a good project organization.
