Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp to manage all our current projects and activities. It's very easy for us to track projects' status, assign tasks, set deadlines, and so on. We saved a lot of time and resources by using Clickup, and we sent considerably fewer emails than before. I definitely recommend Clickup as a project management software!

Pros

  • Daily/weekly/monthly overview of current and upcoming tasks.
  • Setting deadlines, getting reminders for due tasks etc.
  • Keeping track of current progress of projects/tasks/etc.
  • Setting up statuses for tasks, customizing them etc.

Cons

  • Conditional FORMS (e.g. similar to Typeform, Jotform, etc).
  • Messages/inbox feature to be able to communicate with team members (similar to Slack).
  • Bug fixes.
  • Less time spent on emails.
  • Significantly increased efficiency.
  • Enhances teamwork.
We now work more efficiently, and we're saving lots of time thanks to ClickUp. We send about 80% fewer emails than before, and we're able to keep track, update and fulfill our current tasks much faster. It's the perfect PM system to manage all types of projects, events, local activities, and many more.
We used several automation with good results. We managed to use Google Calendar and Google Drive apps with ClickUp, and it worked well. However, there are many more integrations and apps that work with ClickUp and which we will explore soon! All in all, Clickup is doing a great job so far!

Very good for project management, self-management, and tasks/agenda organizing. Good for keeping track of projects' status, upcoming activities, tasks, and so on. Less valuable if you want to focus more on communication (it lacks an Inbox and sending messages to other users). It lacks conditional forms - it still has a basic version of forms that allows collecting data, though.
