Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Project and task management across all departments. Large strategic projects with complex Gantt charts to relatively simple workflows are all handled inside ClickUp. Documentation is visible and searchable, automations enabled to make redundant tasks and approvals simple.

- Too early to have metrics, perceived improvement in project completion and productivity
Elimination of emails for most project communications has been beneficial. Email is where tasks get lost and forgotten. Projects are more easily tracked and kept on schedule.
Automations have simplified most of our approvals that can be handled online. Elimination of paper signatures is beneficial, both from a paper elimination standpoint but also from a productivity standpoint.
Better/easy automation and setup for custom spaces and fields. More customization features such as ID numbers for tasks. Very simple onboarding while others needed large fees, months of setup and/or additional software requirements. Love that this is all web based.
