It has been possible to observe a better control of the cases, better follow-up and better document management of the cases. All employees who should be aware of a case become aware as soon as a task is created. The management and creation of cases and assignment of tasks is easy, a good way to keep all the staff always well occupied.
ClickUp has proven to be superior to each of these platforms because it doesn't just focus on a single functionality. You can adapt it to your needs and you can also integrate it with other platforms, although you cannot have individual control of assets, it would be a good functionality that can be adopted by integrating other software and working together.
