Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to keep track of projects. We have a wide range of copywriting projects for numerous clients with different teams working on each project. ClickUp helps us keep a digital to-do list that is easy to use but also highly customizable. This means that we're able to track projects, delegate tasks to the relevant teams/freelancers, and ensure that everything is executed correctly before the deadline. We've had difficulties with PM software in the past as other programs can be overly complex for new freelancers and team members to learn during the onboarding phase. As a result, learning and using other task management software becomes a tedious task in itself. Because ClickUp is as complex as you need it to be, we've been able to create a relatively simple system that meets all our needs and is incredibly user-friendly. In this way, ClickUp allows us to focus on our projects instead of spending valuable time and energy figuring out how to use it.

I work with other freelancers. Typically, freelancers prefer to work alone and they often dislike using a client's software - which is understandable as learning new PM tools takes a long time. With ClickUp, I have had no complaints or difficulties with onboarding freelancers. This has made it far easier to track teams and deadlines. I've managed to replace all PM tools with ClickUp. ClickUp has also allowed us to minimize unnecessary email communication and avoid time-consuming meetings. Many of my freelancers have complimented ClickUp.
ClickUp has replaced almost all PM tools. The only other tool I use is email and Google Calender. I couldn't be happier, because I find that complex tech stacks complicate my work instead of allowing me to focus on what is important. ClickUp is an excellent all-in-one tool that has simplified our workflow.
I prefer ClickUp to similar tools as it is far easier to use. It has more capabilities and doesn't require a lot of time to understand. I enjoy that you can view your projects in multiple ways through ClickUp. While it is easy to use, it's also very customizable so I can make it as simple or as complex as it needs to be - it has a wide variety of capabilities, which means it suits all sorts of projects.
