Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We currently use Clickup as task management software in order to manage all client interactions as well as internal assignments related to each independent client.
Pros
- Organization
- Templates

- Phone customer service would be nice
- When working with customer service via email, the response time can be a little slow.
- Reduced room for error
- Increased productivity
- Able to take on more projects with the help of templates to streamline my daily tasks.
I don't currently use it to collaborate.
Clickup allows me to manage all my tasks (regardless of topic) in one place and complete things based on due dates rather than a big list with no clear deadlines.
None - Click up was my first.
