Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We currently use Clickup as task management software in order to manage all client interactions as well as internal assignments related to each independent client.

Pros

  • Organization
  • Templates

Cons

  • Phone customer service would be nice
  • When working with customer service via email, the response time can be a little slow.
  • Reduced room for error
  • Increased productivity
  • Able to take on more projects with the help of templates to streamline my daily tasks.
I don't currently use it to collaborate.
Clickup allows me to manage all my tasks (regardless of topic) in one place and complete things based on due dates rather than a big list with no clear deadlines.
None - Click up was my first.

The way we use it is very well suited. I haven't discovered other ways to apply it to our business but I'm interested to find out once I have time to dig in a little further.
