Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

Before ClickUp, we were using spreadsheets to manage projects and workflow. ClickUp has provided us with an exceptional set of tools to manage, analyse and evolve how we approach projects, how we liaise with our clients, and how we build upon our team's strengths.

Within a short period of time, ClickUp has become an integral tool in the day-to-day running of our service. We are now able to allocate time, breakdown projects into sub-tasks, and keep our clients regularly informed of where we are with projects. It also means that we are now better able to support each member of our team when they're not around, so that clients aren't kept waiting.

The positive feedback we receive from our clients is a testament to how we have changed the way we work and communicate with them, and this wouldn't have been so quickly achievable without ClickUp.

  • Automated forms sent to clients that aren't on ClickUp, to manage sign off for each stage of a project, so that the data collected is directly added to the task it was linked to.
  • ClickUp has allowed us to recognise turnaround times for particular projects and use that information to better calculate workflow and expected completion for future projects.
  • We are able to provide proof of work completed for all of our clients and meet with our KPIs.
  • ClickUp lets us see at a glance where our projects stand and lets us move subtasks around to make room for ad hoc work that may need our immediate attention.
Our department has two teams, one for brand and design and the other for marketing and communications. Using ClickUp, we are able to work collaboratively on projects, and each team member from both teams is fully aware of the current status of a project when they are attending meetings with clients. Through the workflow, we are able to make informed decisions on the availability of resources for new projects, or if projects require more time due to multiple changes or setbacks, we can see how this may impact other projects that the teams are working on.
Before ClickUp, our team was using various storage platforms for design and communications, multiple spreadsheets, and different solutions to capture information via forms, and nothing was joined up. ClickUp has provided us with the ability to keep everything in one place. It has reduced the time taken to analyse data and create reports, freeing up resources to focus on service development.

ClickUp has definitely changed the way we work and deliver on projects for our clients. Having used it for a year now, there hasn't really been a time when it has fallen short. ClickUp appears to be able to do so much, and we are still learning new ways of using it within our project management and workflow.
