Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use the software for both operational challenges, such as scheduling, as well as for optimizations through their automation. We store documents and keep meeting minutes; we create request forms across departments. We are also using it for Project management across several projects.

We were better informed and wasted less time on repetitive tasks. We optimized cross department communication by creating a ticketing system inside of ClickUp through its Custom Fields and Forms functionality.
For one, we are an outsourcing company with many teams of different sizes. Our CRM tool that we used for scheduling wasn't up to par, so we transferred some workforce management processes within ClickUp, such as requests to change shifts and or swap such. This used to be an hour-long process that, trimmed through forms and instant tasks and assignees, reduced its handling time to 20 minutes.
ClickUp is more flexible, trying to adapt to the new challenges businesses have quicker, able to mesmerize their clients with stellar customer service and always looking to improve. Their system is stable, rarely experiencing issues. They have plenty of functionalities not present in the other software products we tested. And finally, but not by importance, their pricing is far better.
