Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

Used across the breath of the business by all departments which helps keep all teams connected. It is used for content planning, task creation, project management, and is great for helping team members that work remotely.

Pros

Cons

  • currently working for us as required
  • it does the task of multiple other platforms eg Jira and Monday.
we now have different spaces for each department but all departments also have unified spaces that we all work from eg email schedules so we can see what is going out by who. Also management are able to have their own space and discuss wider business objective privately.
no longer using Jira, but have not integrated other tech to it just yet.
offers the same service but a lot more other functionality and is easier to use.
