Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp to establish our company's back bone, not just for task management internally but also client facing task

Pros

  • It's automation is robust, it help us make this easier
  • Custom Fields are wild, lots of use
  • AI Integration is a game changer

Cons

  • I wish they give access to the form logic for all paid plans
  • It has a great enviroment to setup everything
Well, we feel like, all the street lights just turned on and lighting up our way
It almost have it all, so it saves us juggle into multiple tools, especially when they launched the team chat
ClickUp is easy to setup and build environment that is friendly to even a new user.
