Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp is packed with features and is super flexible, which makes it a great tool for managing my various projects and staying organized. That said, figuring out the best way to set it up for your specific needs can take some time and thought. There's definitely a bit of a learning curve, but once you’ve got it worked out, it’s a game-changer. It helps keep everything on track, streamlines workflows, and makes managing tasks way easier.
Pros
- providing a daily to-do list on the home screen
- giving me a place to drop all my notes about phone calls, research, etc, where it's easy to find again when needed
- video clips so I can record my screen to show my clients how to do things
Cons
- I wish the tables had all the functionality of a Google Sheet
- I wish there was a chat feature to ask quick questions to a ClickUp customer service person
- While I haven't taken the time to quantify it, ClickUp is valuable for me because it keeps track of my tasks so nothing falls through the cracks
I'm a solo-preneur. I don't use ClickUp for a team, just to keep myself organized.
