Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

I implement it to optimise my clients' workflow. I particularly use it to keep an eye on a number of projects I'm entitled of. I appreciate the fact that once it is integrated and most people start using it, it becomes very easy to manage the various stages of my projects.

Pros

  • Organise tasks
  • Keep track of progression of tasks
  • It allows to be istantaneously informed about changes

Cons

  • I'd like to have a personal private day-to-day agenda where to put my "garbage" tasks: low value stuff that i don't want other to know about
  • I don't know it for sure, but I think it's something huge
We especially use it to manage projects of our clients
We especially use it as a virtual desktop, through which we can be instantly connected with each other and we can work on different project from different customers simultaneously.
Notion, Clickup is easier and it is better looking

I already recommend ClickUp everyday, it's a time saver, but with the right adjustments it can become an even more trustful companion.
