Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to communicate in house between office managers for our production company. We also use it to track and audit components of the projects through phases and labels such as in production, in paint, ready to ship, and etc. it also allows us to compile all different information or lists for projects, clients, payment tracking, contractors and job tracking.
Pros
- Compartmentalizing Job components
- Tracking projects
- Organizing client infor
- Running task lists
Cons
- UI is hard to digest sometimes.
- Identifying or labeling important data
- Simple project tracking
- Ability to audit workflow and project time tracks
- Easy in-house communication for managers.
Yes. We are able to compile a marketing and client list for collaboration between our sales team and project managers. It also helped us identify and track who we have contacted with our marketing materials. Collaboration between these teams on a digital scale has saved us time in research and data compilation
Our production is very job and project specific so automating workflows and scenarios is something we cannot take advantage of. We tend to have unique workflows for each project that don’t call for the automation or integrated ClickUp needs.
