Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp to communicate in house between office managers for our production company. We also use it to track and audit components of the projects through phases and labels such as in production, in paint, ready to ship, and etc. it also allows us to compile all different information or lists for projects, clients, payment tracking, contractors and job tracking.

Yes. We are able to compile a marketing and client list for collaboration between our sales team and project managers. It also helped us identify and track who we have contacted with our marketing materials. Collaboration between these teams on a digital scale has saved us time in research and data compilation
Our production is very job and project specific so automating workflows and scenarios is something we cannot take advantage of. We tend to have unique workflows for each project that don’t call for the automation or integrated ClickUp needs.
The usability is good but can be overwhelming if not aware of the depth and capabilities of ClickUp's features. I use ClickUp daily but when we get really busy it sometimes is not needed due to moving too quick through projects. Due to our specific production field, we use and create a lot of custom labels and columns for our workflow. This is a nice feature that allows to custom project management tracking

ClickUp allows for project managing and tracking digitally and suits our scenario of a production company. It allows for easy workflow identification and workflow tracking. Lets managers easily identify bottlenecks or late items that need addressed or paid specific attention to. The chat feature allows for quick updates and communication between managers. Breaking out tasks into sub tasks or checklists is integral to working through our production.
