Super AI agents are a game changer
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp for project management, CRM, talent acquisition screening and AI super agents. The agents are used for content support, personal assistants, form fillers, diagram design and preparing the first drafts of proposals for prospective clients. We also use it to house all our SOPs and delegation of authority matrices.
Pros
- AI super agent builder is excellent and supports people with no coding skills to build their agents.
- Continue to develop the features and functionality.
- Responsive to queries and helpful in troubleshooting
Cons
- It’s far too expensive because you can’t have users on different plans. All or nothing doesn’t work.
- The AI agents need to get access to MS365 asap.
- Custom fields are hard to manage and then the workspaces get disjointed.
- Saved 6 hours a month in team check in calls
- Identifying delivery blockers or issues immediately rather than waiting
- Saved me an hour a day with follow ups and tracking by using an AI agent.
Our teams are able to collaborate across a range of shared projects by providing comments and feedback within a given task. They can ask each other for help by tagging and the task has the context which created efficiency. All teams are able to see progress of new business outreach as we have a CRM space.
We have used Zapier and PandaDoc to automate the process of issuing contracts, proposals, HR policies. This was all done manually before. I think the key challenge is the lack of integration to MS365 tools. I find the SharePoint and Onedrive integrations very unhelpful and AI agents can never access the information.
- monday.com
- Slack
It’s far better than Slack. However, I found Monday mobile app much better and they have a good CRM. I chose ClickUp because it was already being used my the company who invested in us and they asked us to use it. We quickly adopted.
