We selected Cloudflare over other competitors over the features that Cloudflare offers for the price of the product.

Onboarding

Onboarding went a little more than expected as the implementation was a bit too technical. Though, after the implementation, everything seems to be perfect and streamlined.

Support Rating

I feel that technical support needs to be improved. And definitely should add some good reading materials to internal making them commonly available for readers.
