Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

Cloudflare Bot Management system is installed across the network of the organization to maximize the security of the network and especially to protect the domain from DDoS attacks. Additionally, it helps to mitigate various threats.

We selected Cloudflare over other competitors over the features that Cloudflare offers for the price of the product.
Onboarding went a little more than expected as the implementation was a bit too technical. Though, after the implementation, everything seems to be perfect and streamlined.
I feel that technical support needs to be improved. And definitely should add some good reading materials to internal making them commonly available for readers.

As a banking entity, we have placed our trust entirely on Cloudflare for DDoS attacks. Data protection is very much critical for the organization and Bank is very much focused on the availability of its data to legitimate customers. And Cloudflare gives you a comprehensive reporting structure where everything is visible.
