Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur Invoice company wide for credit card transaction coding. I have tried a lot of different software types over the years for credit card coding and Concur does its job to the fullest for what it is designed to do. It is quite user friendly for the computer literate and only a few issues have occurred from those who are not in it ever day.

- Sign in authentication reset.
- Receipt matching when uploaded on a later date.
- Less money lost in the 'nothingness.'
- Accounting's checks and balances.
- Keeping an eye on every dollar.
I think there are no features ultimately lacking from Concur when compared to its competitors, it's infinitely better than the Chase company credit card portal and its app is very good compared to its competition. I have had some issues being automatically signed out when not inside the company intranet, but all in all I am very happy with the software.
