ConnectWise FTW!
Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
I use ConnectWise Control to remotely connect to workstations and servers for technical support and administrative duties. I also use the command line functionality a good deal to remotely deal with issues without interrupting the user. The users I support are both internal and remote across the US so having a reliable remote desktop utility is key to giving my users the best support I can.

Cons
- The pricing could be more competitive
- More pricing tiers to choose from
- Definitely increased efficiency of technicians through support for multiple sessions. Without this ability much time would be lost only being able to work on one issue at a time.
- Efficiency gain through fast connection time and remote session speed is key as well. The lack of latency makes dealing with issues as easy as possible.
More tools, better functionality, better cost.
