Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We offer MSP services and use ConnectWise unattended access to gain access to our customers' servers and workstations. We also offer support for WatchPoint products and use the software to remote into client workstations and servers to troubleshoot issues with software and remote environments.

Pros

  • Integrations

Cons

  • It's hard to chat while remote controlling machines
  • Setting up advanced features can be difficult
  • Would be nice to have video chat option
  • Efficiency gained through fast connections
  • Ease of access with grouping of machines in unattended access
  • Easy file transfers
Both products perform well but we made our decision to go with ConnectWise due to fast connection times and it's a relatively inexpensive platform.
It's well suited for remote control of machines by an MSP
