Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
ConnectWise Control is used by my organization to facilitate tech support from remote locations. It is used by the IT specialist (myself) to assist other employees across the organization. It addresses the business problem of having distance between employees/users and the IT specialist.
Pros
- ConnectWise Control does an excellent job of providing remote access to any machine, and makes the connection process simple and quick.
- ConnectWise Control offers a wide array of options to make the interface customizable and to reflect your organization's aesthetic.
- ConnectWise Control makes updating machines with access installed very easy.
Cons
- There are no suggestions for improvement at this time.
- ConnectWise Control has facilitated many new-hire orientations remotely for us. By using ConnectWise Control as a tool for training, we have directly grown our business as a result.
- We have also utilized ConnectWise Control to offer assistance to employees hitting technical roadblocks on their machines. By using ConnectWise Control, we have the ability to help users stay on track to get their work done by remotely solving their problems.
We have currently not used any competing services comparable to ConnectWise Control.
