Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ConnectWise Control to connect to client computers and solve problems they have with their software and hardware.
  • Easy to access machines that have the software installed - like servers.
  • Easy to have users access the website to input a connection code.
  • Easy to send the clients an email with the connection link embedded.
  • More live support options.
  • More abilities to force reboots of computers that are in a bad state.
  • Increases tech. efficiency.
  • Gives techs the ability to remote in from anywhere and solve issues.
LogMeIn, Citrix GoToSupport. These two program were overpriced and did not have the simple interface to use.
The interface is really easy to use - much easier than some of their competition. Using a web interface to access client machines instead of software makes it easier to implement and use.

ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) Training

ConnectWise is a great tool to login into a user's computer and training them on a variety of applications. You can easily show them the functions of a program and then watch as they practice what they have learned.

ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) Support

Very easy to use web interface. Ability to send an email with the connection link simplifies supporting clients. Blanking out client screen with custom message lets end user know you are the one accessing their system.

This program continually evolves to give us the best possible remote control possible. Where other companies are bundling unwanted features and charging more for what we do not want, ConnectWise gives us exactly what we need to control a users's systems at a good price.
