ConnectWise - Great remote tool at a fair price!
Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ConnectWise Control to connect to client computers and solve problems they have with their software and hardware.
Pros
- Easy to access machines that have the software installed - like servers.
- Easy to have users access the website to input a connection code.
- Easy to send the clients an email with the connection link embedded.
Cons
- More live support options.
- More abilities to force reboots of computers that are in a bad state.
- Increases tech. efficiency.
- Gives techs the ability to remote in from anywhere and solve issues.
LogMeIn, Citrix GoToSupport. These two program were overpriced and did not have the simple interface to use.
