Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use it to easily to connect and control existing clients as well as setting temporary or impromptu remote sessions for computer support. We find it very easy to use on the technician side and easy for end users, without much input, to get connected on their side.

Pros

  • Ease of use for technicians
  • Ease of use for end user
  • Keeping sessions between reboots
  • It's paid for itself many times over in saved travel and jobs won due to the speed and effectiveness.
I believe the ease of use is much better with screenconnect.
It would be great for a small business wanting to connect remotely to users or workstations.

ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) Support

We use it on a daily basis for remote control and access to our clients. It perfectly suits our needs to existing customer connections and to easily get connected to first time customers with very little effort on their part and ours. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a remote control solution.
