Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Using the Access function, Metrik uses ScreenConnect to remote into Electronic Point of Sale Systems (EPoS) for programing, training and remote repairs.
We also use the Support function within ScreenConnect to train, demonstrate, program or adjust office equipment, such as printers & photocopiers (MFP).
- It's stable
- Pretty fast
- Copy and paste function is most useful
- More detailed file browsing facility, for copying and moving files between the two computers. LogMeIn has a good system in place for that
- We live in a pretty remote area, so covering outside our town is time consuming. Having the ability to remote in cuts costs and labour time.
