Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
[It's being used for] remote administration in an MSP/help desk environment.
- Product is very fast and secure
- ScreenConnect could provide the local IP as well as the external IP address of the machine being connected to.
- Positive because it provides quick reliable access to nodes that are not on the "access" list. Easy to remote to any user.
I like screenconnect because I can brand it as my own.
