Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ScreenConnect is used to:
- Configure & test machines before they go out on jobs on-site
- Manage machines that go out on jobs on-site
- Remote troubleshooting of those machines
  • Somewhat fast and reliable, option to decrease quality to improve speed
  • File transfer capabilities
  • Admin dashboard shows what machines are up (or down)
  • Pricing could go down
  • VPN like LogMeIn Hamachi
  • Technician does not have to go on-site
Even for simple remote desktop capabilities, it is great and more robust than chrome remote desktop.
