Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use the system to manage medical and dental practice servers in multiple locations and states . The system is also used for daily support without the need to dispatch onsite resources

Pros

  • Fast access
  • Ability to upload and download files
  • Screen control

Cons

  • Ability to disconnect sessions left on by other users
  • Ability to track user activity
  • Speed
  • Lower travel costs
  • Faster remote support
  • Increased management abilities
ConnectWise is easier to use, has a more centralized control and much lower cost that provides a faster ROI
Well suited to provide remote support and monitoring of remote servers and systems. I have yet to find a situation where it didn't help
