Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
ConnectWise Control is used by our company to provide remote support to our clients both on demand and as needed.
- Fast access to remote computers
- Quick installation for clients
- Ability to transfer files to remote computers
- Ability to run commands on remote computer
- Should be easier to organize computers into groups
- Have performance issues connecting to some computers
- Have had a few computers where remote control fails
- Better reliability
- More user-friendly organization
- Easier to delete and remove clients
ConnectWise is more cost-effective than LogMeIn but not necessarily as reliable or functional. It serves our purpose as a decent, inexpensive remote access tool.
