Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ConnectWise Control is used by our company to provide remote support to our clients both on demand and as needed.
  • Fast access to remote computers
  • Quick installation for clients
  • Ability to transfer files to remote computers
  • Ability to run commands on remote computer
  • Should be easier to organize computers into groups
  • Have performance issues connecting to some computers
  • Have had a few computers where remote control fails
  • Better reliability
  • More user-friendly organization
  • Easier to delete and remove clients
ConnectWise is more cost-effective than LogMeIn but not necessarily as reliable or functional. It serves our purpose as a decent, inexpensive remote access tool.
Generally works well for on-demand remote control of client computers during help desk calls.
