Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
I use ScreenConnect to support both internal clients & our external customers. I often need to have our techs site uploading/configuring equipment and I can do a remote session with them to help on the projects.
We also have multiple systems installed across the country that we use the remote access feature so that we can log back into the systems for service/support after the project is completed.

- If the remote client disconnects for any reason, the software is quick to reconnect them without any intervention on their part.
- It seems to be able to traverse firewalls well. I've run into very few sites that I couldn't get ScreenConnect to work on.
- The remote console does a good job of listing all the connections you have for both remote access & support.
- Sometimes the installation of the remote client isn't as smooth as it should be.
- Allows me to support & work with multiple techs & end users around the world and not having to travel to the site.
- Remote connectivity to multiple platforms (Mac, PC & Linux) is great.
ScreenConnect is much cheaper than TeamViewer and offers all the same features & more.
