Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use Connect Wise for all our clients. The product allows us to help our users and drastically cuts down on travel time and onsite visits

Pros

  • Very fast connection speeds.
  • Great way to share files
  • Customers love us having such quick access to help them

Cons

  • I honestly can't think of any cons.
  • This product has given us a quick return on investment. It has drastically cut down the amount of travel time and onsite work.
It is by far the best option we've dealt with.
It is perfect for doing after hours maintenance of customers machines and to look over their shoulder remotely to hel solve their problems
