We are using ConnectWise Control
1.) to provide support to our hospitality customers in regards to Server + PC software installation and maintenance + observing the connected IP network.

- ConnectWise Control provides an intuitive and handy portal.
- License structure is easy to understand and usable.
- Great scalability
- Chat window does not always appear on customer screen.
- Lost notes per device once
- Detailed special feature description such as two-way authentification could be more user friendly
- Platform independent usage by our technicians results in high flexibility and less time to fix issues
- Due to flexible license plans, the cost overhead can be reduced to minimum and costs are easy to allocate to customer contracts
- Intuitive portal, feature and functions reducing time to train employees and customers
- TeamViewer license validates its current version only. Causes difficulties while supporting multiple customers on different versions.
- Bomgar Remote Support is quite expensive and less flexible in regards of setup and usage by different teams and freelancers
