Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ConnectWise Control for all of our remote support needs with users all across the globe. We also currently use it as a backup inventory management platform because it registers the hardware specs and computer identification of each machine that has the access client installed. It really addresses the issues we have as an international company because it is a cloud-based product that techs can remote into from anywhere.

- Ease of use
- Up-time is very good
- Detailed system info on machines with access agent installed
- Screen mirroring is complicated (users with multiple monitors show up but it is very hard to pan them across your multiple screens)
- Admin area is a little clunky
- Having this remote tool and being able to use it away from the office has resulted in increased time efficiency
- The cost of ConnectWise Control for us was very affordable as we only have 3 users and it the unlimited computer access agents in the package was something most didn't offer
ConnectWise was the better option for us because it was a fully based cloud product and the price for our specific case was much lower given the features associated with the products. ConnectWise may not have the brand recognition that the other two mentioned have, but they make up for it in overall quality and pricing.
