Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We are using ConnectWise Control to manage 30+ remote and local Mac laptops, Mac servers, Windows servers and Linux servers. Great tool for managing connections.

Pros

  • Able to connect to a remote laptop no matter the location
  • Able to group systems into logical workgroups

Cons

  • Ability to manage macOS updates
  • Positive impact on money spent on remote management. Significantly less money than previous solution to deliver what we needed.
Provides services we need.
Very good at allowing remote login to systems
