Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We are using ConnectWise Control to manage 30+ remote and local Mac laptops, Mac servers, Windows servers and Linux servers. Great tool for managing connections.
- Able to connect to a remote laptop no matter the location
- Able to group systems into logical workgroups
- Ability to manage macOS updates
- Positive impact on money spent on remote management. Significantly less money than previous solution to deliver what we needed.
