Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
I use Constant Contact to reach all 5000 members in my association. We send out daily and weekly newsletters, calls for action, event announcements, and holiday wishes, as well as many more emails, when needed. I think the data we get from Constant Contact is very accurate and helps us make better choices when sending emails.
Pros
- easy to send emails

- the templates are user friendly
- the distribution lists are easy to add to emails
Cons
- I do not like the new screen that pops up when scheduling an email
- Sometimes it is not easy to edit text blocks in emails
- pictures are not always agreeing with the email blocks
- We have had an increase in opens and clicks
- We have had increased attendance at our events
- We have been at budget in our email line
Constant Contact and Novi AMS integrate, which makes our lives very easy. Feathr is a little difficult to use, and the results are mixed on reporting. Mailchimp was a very difficult product to use. I had a hard time getting used to it, and I quickly switched to Constant Contact when our contract was up.
