Overall Satisfaction with Copper

We use Copper to track all of our many projects from start to finish. The pipeline feature allows up to see where is a project is at at any time and we can see the emails exchanges with project leads, allowing everyone insight into the status of the project with no one person gatekeeping all of the information. We also use it for task management and a full CRM tool.

  • Assigning tasks to more than one person
  • Greater searching capabilities. Ex, if a person is labeled as blank AND blank
  • Copper has significantly improved our efficiency because everything is in one place and people can find answers to their questions without having to interrupt someone else's work day
  • Copper has significantly improved our reporting because all of the data is now in one place and can be easily pulled into a spreadsheet and manipulated
Copper can be easy to use once it is set up but takes at least one dedicated person to get it set up in the way that works for the company. It requires at least one person to oversee to ensure everyone is using it properly and filling in data correctly
Asana was a great task management software, but lacked the CRM tool we needed. Copper provides us all of the tools we need in one software, rather than two or three.

Copper is a great tool to use in nearly any context, as it is very customizable. It provides task management, project management, reporting and CRM. It can be a bit daunting to set up but once you have a system in place, it is fairly easy to maintain. I love Copper.
