Overall Satisfaction with Countly
For our business, gathering user data and making it useful is quite critical. We tried to get a better solution and figured out that there are so many products that can serve the purpose. We decided to choose Countly as it looks new and much easier compared to other complicated platforms.
- It helps in understanding the user journey.
- Customer attributes and persona is also a good feature.
- Analytics & attribution as well real time user data.
- No specific thing in mind. All is good except sometimes the customer service lags a little when you have problems setting up the tool.
