What is Countly?

Countly is a product analytics solution and innovation enabler that helps teams track product performance and customer journey and behavior across mobile, web, and desktop applications. Ensuring privacy by design, Countly helps the user to innovate and enhance products to provide personalized and customized customer experiences, and meet key business and revenue goals.

Countly empowers companies of any size or location to grow their business by helping them securely process billions of data points every day in the cloud and on-premise. As a product analytics platform, Countly has tracked 5.2B+ unique identities on more than 17,000 applications and using over 3,000 servers worldwide.

Countly provides a list of customizable plugins and dozens of integrations, letting teams freely combine them and work with the data they actually need. This not only boosts team productivity, but also eliminates the need for multiple digital tools, to reduce licensing costs. These plugins also allow granular multi-device customer intelligence data collection and analysis, letting the user incorporate customer feedback into the design process, improving customer experience, driving sales conversions, and reducing churn.

And because data-flow security is critical, the Countly Dashboard enables you to not only access settings within your team, but also provides a privacy-protection compliant environment so you can focus on innovation with customer intelligence, without worrying about compliance. Countly helps users to understand the digital customer journey across devices.

A very good tool to help understand your users online. Customer attribution is also good. Making reports is also not that bad. I recommend having more widgets and automation tools for an easy process.

Countly will help you with your customer analytics, and allow you to get a deeper sense of how your customers engage with your content and your products and website overall. But if you’re looking for some customization behind what they can provide, it might not be the most appropriate software for you to use.

Is very useful for small business that are starting, that way they can understand the needs of their customers in a small scale and in a simple way. It also works for big companies to focus their attention in certain products. Is not that useful for reviews or art-related themes.

Whether you're planning to include it into a website or a mobile application, this arrangement is simple to implement. The best feature has to be its superb "division," which allows you to delve deeper into your data without using SQL-like queries. On Ubuntu, the free "group version" can act organically aided.

Countly is wonderful. It mhas affordable options for startups that are experimenting with event and market-tracking services that can't afford more expensive services but do have the cloud credits to operate Countly. For later-stage companies that have the money, but not the time to set up a service like this, a service like Amplitude, Segment, or Mixpanel may be a better alternative.
