Overall Satisfaction with Coupa

Coupa couldn't be an easier expense reporting system. I especially love that it allows me to create a recurring expense and set it to a date, in my example monthly, and it pops up every month ready to be filled in. That saves a lot of time and the hassle of having to create a new expense report every month for a known, recurring charge. I have used a lot of systems for expense reporting and none are better than Coupa.

  • Recurring expense reports are the best thing about it.
  • I would like to see an image of my uploaded documents. I see the success message but always have to check it after to make sure it is the right one. A preview of that image would help. One that I can click on and view.

  • Templated expense reports for recurring expenses complete with an alert to remind of the date you set.
  • Coupa can be customized to meet your workflows.
Coupa has the advantage of recurring expense reports. For years I had to create a new one from scratch when I used Concur.

It works well for an organization of any size. The create and submit process is simple with a defined approval process that you can customize. It probably does not make sense for very small businesses. It may be easier to do it all manually if you have few users and rarely submit an expense report.

Very glad to be using Coupa and user adoption is immediate.
