Easy to use and setup

Their tool is relatively simple from a setup standpoint and we have received positive feedback from users at our conferences where our demographic tends to trend a bit older. The login process for attendees has been streamlined to a few short steps and we have found that it really helps with the download rate.

Overall, their support is pretty good. I've never had an unusually long wait time trying to speak with someone and nearly every time my issue is resolved. The techs are pretty well informed about the product and seem very knowledgable in general about events. We have a few users outside of the US and have not heard of any issues with getting support from their phone line.

We use it at our larger meetings or multi-day conferences. They only offer it as a native app or web-based app. It can be accessed through a link but it's secured like the app so we have found it cumbersome for people attending shorter meetings to download an app or go through the web-based app process.
