Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent is used for our entire event management, we do all our event registrations. Since we have started using Cvent, things have changed and we do things differently, everything is centralized and reports are more dynamic and systematic, we have gone more into paperless meetings, even for us as organizers everything is digitally stored and processed in Cvent.
Cvent is a very easy and reliable platform for having your registration website and flows, it allows you to make very complex registration paths with different exceptional scenarios, the integration with other tools such as CRM or Dynamics 365 is very nice, makes things so much easier.

Pros

  • Easy registration.
  • Good reporting.
  • Easy to use.
  • Easy to set up.

Cons

  • Expensive for trade unions and NGOs, there should academic scheme.
  • Integration needs more attention and improvements.
  • Everything centralized.
  • Managed all events.
  • Easy to work with different teams.
  • Need more time for creating registration website when we have more than one event.
  • Sometimes time consuming to make it work.
There are quite a lot of event management software but we have only used Cvent and we will keep using it.
The support at Cvent is great, they are very friendly and active, they always give their best to solve the problem and the follow up is very good.

To start with, Cvent is difficult but when you make your first event, you will get it all. Having a registration website for every single event is amazing, makes things so much easier to handle multiple events at the same time and one place, you can easily assign and give tasks to different people in your team. The pages are customizable so you can publish any sort of information or documents for your participants.
