Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We use Cvent Event Management as our total solution. From pre-event registration, sending attendee emails, to onsite check-in/badge printing, lead scanners and using the Attendee Hub for virtual and hybrid events. We also use the Cvent mobile apps, abstract and speaker management and integrate Cvent with Salesforce for easy reporting.

- Makes checking in attendees seamless

- Still needs some improvement in the website builder
- Waiting for more features to roll out with Attendee Hub

We had RegOnline before it was acquired by Cvent and it had so many less features. You could really only do registration with it and there was limited opportunity to customize the registration. It was difficult to set up and not user friendly. Once we made the switch our team was so much happier.
