Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We plan several events per year using Cvent Event Management. We use the Flex event option to build out the registration website, send emails to our registrants, register attendees and have them complete post event surveys. Being able to have everything in one place and use the same software from start to finish has been so helpful. We have been using Cvent for 15 years and the advancements and improvements over the years continue to make my job easier.

Cvent has far more capability than Eventbrite. Although Eventbrite is great for more simplified/smaller programs, there is no way that they could handle the complexity of the events that our organization put on. Cvent just has so many more features to offer than their competition. They do events well.

We offer both in person and virtual events. Cvent's Event Management works very well when we are holding a virtual training. We enter our zoom information in to the sessions on Cvent and Cvent includes that information on the Attendee's agenda. When holding in person events, we have been able to completely eliminate our use of paper handouts and schedules, due to Cvent's ability to provide this digitally.

Using Cvent Event Management

4 - Our employees cover everything from event planning, event creation, event design, event management, customer service and administration. Choosing the event dates, the location and venue, the speakers and topics that will make up the sessions and the event format. Organizing all of the data, designing the registration website, creating and managing the event budget and running the event reports, before, during and after the event.
4 - Cvent makes it pretty simple to onboard employees no matter the skill level. We have employees with no prior Cvent experience that have come in and completed a few of Cvents quick yet effective trainings and jumped in to immediately start building events or stepped right in to customer service to assist our registrants with any technical difficulties.

We are very pleased with the features that Cvent gives us. The ease of use and the immediate support when something does stump us. Cvent provides us with everything that we need to run a successful event. The only reason I did not Rate Cvent as a 10 is the cost.
