Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use CVENT event management in our organization for all our live events. It allows one registration site to collect information and payments and keep them organized.

  • Our event attendance has increased by over 25%.
  • Productivity has increased.
I think while there are areas for improvement with the waitlist system, the potential addition of a lottery system, and some technical issues with CVENT, overall, the program allows us to seamlessly integrate our event with a digital platform that allows us to keep organized and enable our attendees to have one hub for all their events.

Overall, CVENT is the best program of its kind. Its robust RFP system allows us to select venue locations and communicate with multiple properties simultaneously. It also allows us to have a smooth registration site to manage capacity, payments, and our waitlist. Some areas of improvement are the possibility of a lottery feature being added to the CVENT system and the potential to RFP for an event that happens monthly instead of submitting a new proposal for each event.
