Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

I work for a large travel agency, but if you dig a little deeper, you’ll find our business has so many layers. This makes us one of the nation’s largest leisure travel companies, and a top-ranked travel agency franchise according to [...]. We use Cvent Event Management to host all of our events such as Regionals and National Conferences. We use it to store attendee information, send emails, manage registration, store supplier information, and even build out an app for our events.

Cons

  • Email us what items are missing from our events
  • We had an issue with workshops not showing as signed up for via our app for attendees. Although they did register to attend.
  • Send reminders to attendees of what is pending on their end to be completed
  • We can track those that are invited to our events but end up cancelling. It helps stay on track with our budget.
  • Our attendance has grown YOY using Cvent Event Management for our events. This has helped with our return on investment.
  • We are able to effectively communicate to attendees via email blasts and the app.

Cvent Passkey and Cvent Event Management work hand in hand and are both great.
