Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use Cvent for all of our events. We have a large number of events, and some have complex requirements. We have a large number of colleagues involved in setting up and managing events. We use Cvent for both in-person and online events. We require accurate data from our event programs for lead management and related marketing purposes.

It's very easy to use, and onboarding new users to work on the platform is also straightforward. The Customer Support is also good. It is intuitive to use and is not complex compared to other similar products on the market. The training materials are also well done and helpful.
Cvent offers a more user-friendly experience compared to other platforms. It is purely focused on event management, which means it has all the functionality we needed out of the box. It is especially well-suited for multi-session events and provides functionality that other platforms do not have out of the box.

Their support team is quick to respond to issues and resolves them quickly. Cvent makes it easy to set up event registration sites and emails very quickly. It is easy to brand the event materials.
