Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion
We have been using DataMotions for some time to communicate with our clients and provide a new channel of communication directly and efficiently. At the moment we are implementing it in a small part of our department in order to make it known and be accepted by the other community.
- Customer service is exceptionally good, they are very nice and efficient.
- The interface offers an appropriate and fluid ease of use, very easy to learn.
- Security is more than guaranteed and that gives us a lot of confidence in use.
- On some occasions I have had to communicate with some users, to indicate that the emails could be in the spam tray.
- It would be helpful if they improve the option of adding a new user in the address book.
- I don't find any more problems at the moment.
- Communication with customers becomes more fluid and constant so our performance increases.
- Our productivity has increased by having better communication with customers in a secure way.
- The cost benefit of having DataMotion is unmatched.
DataMotion offers several qualities that make it stand out above other solutions that the market can present, since the confidence in its security, the ease of use, the great value for money, and the confidence in its stability make DataMotion a great ally in increasing productivity and the best option to choose.
At the moment I could not express an opinion about the integration since I am not in that team, but I do know that there are plans to integrate it into our systems if it has full acceptance.
