Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion

Datamotion is very necessary in our field. patient information must be protected, and data motion enables us to send sensitive information with confidence.

  • Send messages securely
  • Alerts us to new messages
  • The address book should be easier to manage
  • The dashboard could be a little more user friendly
  • I would like a different address book
  • DataMotion allows us to more easliy send PHI
It is super easy to use and set up. It took less than 5 minutes to set up an account and start sending emails .We have no issues with it at all
It has not changed our customers experience. It has been easier for employees to send information for customers though
Our office previously used SendINc. This is an easier system to use and more cost effective

DataMotion is very useful in our field . Patient privacy is obviously a top priority, and DataMotion allows us to send and receive patient health information securely. It is quite easy to use, and people in our practice network can all access it .
