Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Currently we are using Deputy at 2 of our branches (Sydney and Melbourne). We use it for our employees to log in their shifts and to update rosters.

Pros

  • Roster.
  • Instruction for employees.
  • Identity.
  • No time stealing.
  • User friendly.

Cons

  • Display of the message for users should be more prompt.
  • Location of the user to be more precise.
  • Deputy saved a lot of time in term of calculating hours of the employees.
  • Good tracking of breaks.

I have found Deputy very helpful.
Implementation on the mobile app is more convenient.
It is best when you have to export hours of the employees to accounting software.

It has all the wage codes in the app and it is easy to select the grades of employees. It is less appropriate if you have couple of users and you can manage manually.
