Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
I use Deputy across my whole organisation. Deputy allows me to develop user friendly schedules alongside being a management tool for my business as whole. Within Deputy I am able to divide my organisation up into different sections, meaning staff organisation is simple and easy to plan/ track. Deputy solves problems across the business, avoiding troublesome situations- which subsequently saves time and money. Deputy allows interaction between users to arrange staff shift swaps and more. Deputy also automatically produces a variety of in-depth reports which once again saves my company time and money. The COVID 19 Contact report took is specifically an excellent feature to guarantee safety for my team.

- Deputy Kiosk app could include more detail/ information. Would be excellent to see more details on schedules etc here. Messaging tools to leave notes/ reports for the next members of staff on shift.
- Deputy saves me an admin position, performing on behalf of a member of staff. Which would result in a salary saving over a year of £12,000+
- Deputy seamlessly integrates into accounting/ payroll software which saves time meeting accountants etc. saving money through less time being billed by accountants.
- Timesheets mean time is accurately paid by the minute.
