Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We are using this tool to help us schedule each staffs time.. So
everyone knows who is working on which day. Clock in clock out feature
is really useful tool for us to tracking the work in time, This can help us quickly to review and approve time for each staff working during the week then creating the payroll.
  • Location manager can schedule everyone's working for this week.
  • Payroll manager can get all the hours approved by store manager to create payroll.
  • Staff can clock in clock out using their phone.
  • Store manager can see who is clocking all clock in at what time and location.
  • General manager can see overall hours been scheduled for the week.
  • Each location has their own area to working on. So staff can switch between roles easily.
  • Staff can request time off ahead of time.
  • I don't know. Everything seems to be working really well.
  • Saves so much time to communicate

This is the only product i've ever used. And it's really helpful. We didn't run into other apps.

They just work. And everything works fine. Everything works well, I don't have any complaints.
It was super easy to implement and to. Get a staff on board.
The easiest part for us is having mobile APP for staff to clock in clock out and track location of clock in and out. It's useful for our retail store as well as working from home. It's pretty easy for us to make schedule for everyone. And everyone can see who's working and where.
